Aims:
To develop the skills and competencies of the participants in the piloting
To take corrective action when necessary
To receive feedback from the target sector
to measure the effectiveness of the learning material and the platform in a large scale
 
 
Stage 1: Contacts with the stakeholders and selection of the participants and tutors for the course.
Stage 2: Organisation of pilot blended learning courses
Stage 3: Assessment
Stage 4: Feedback
Stage 5: Certification
Stage 6: Corrective Action

Piloting Methodology
 
  • 1)Introductory Lesson in the classroom
  • 2)Workshop in order to support the target groups during their activities
  • 3)During online activities, constant monitoring, support and assessment by the tutors
  • 4)Seminar in order to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.

üDefinition of the Assessment and Certification Process
üRunning the pilot courses
üDrafting of national reports on pilot courses
üProduction of final report and conclusions
